You may be getting inundated with emails and notices regarding the risks of COVID-19 so I apologize for adding to this stream of information. During stressful times like these when circumstances seem to shift daily, we know that more information and transparency are infinitely preferable to less, so I will continue to keep you informed as often as needed.
Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) issued the following recommendation as of March 11th:
RICHMOND SENIOR SENTER
We provide fun, friendship, a hot lunch, and social services to seniors and people living with disabilities through art, music, computer lab, meal program and Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), Golden Gate Village, and the Richmond District Food Security Network. Golden Gate Senior Services’s mission is to provide programs and services to San Francisco’s Seniors, particularly those underserved, within an accessible and welcoming atmosphere.
CASTRO SENIOR SENTER
Serving San Francisco Seniors and adults with disabilities with activities and services in the Castro Neigheorhood for over 30 years.
Project Integration is a program of Golden Gate Senior Services whose intent is to integrate people with developmental disabilities into our two senior centers in the Richmond and Castro districts.
